Our Terms & Conditions

Please note that we require the following:

• Tenants looking for a Long term Tenancy only - (minimum of 12/24 months).
• References are required from previous Landlords.
• All prospective Tenants must pass a Credit Check.
• A Security Deposit of 5 weeks rent will be held and registered with the Deposit Protection Service (DPS)
• Rent to be paid monthly in advance and direct from the tenant's own bank account
• No DSS
• No Pets
• No Children
• No Smoking anywhere inside the premises (for health and security)
• No Drugs other than official prescriptions in name of Tenants
• Serious Prospective Tenants will be required to pay a Holding Deposit of one week's rent while enquiries are being made. This will reserve the flat until all enquiries are completed.
• If the tenant meets all requirements and the tenancy goes ahead successfully within the agreed time frame, the Holding Deposit will be either returned or deducted from the first month's rent.
• If the tenant does not meet the requirements the Holding deposit will be returned
